WHAT DRIVES INVAREM?
We are always looking for a suitable solution for our customers’ requirements. We enjoy showing our customers possibilities and seeing how this leads to a result that goes beyond the initial requirements. As a result, in many cases we become sparring partners for further development, not only of the solution, also of the organization and processes. We gain a deep understanding of the customer’s environment and it is always interesting and motivating to learn new things in the process, but also to be able to transfer concepts and solutions to take the whole further.
WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT inAIR?
inAIR is a solution that is both easy to use and can be quickly adapted to the customer’s processes. The framework behind inAIR achieves exactly this balancing act. In order to be able to further integrate new requirements and techniques, we develop our framework ourselves.
We are in very close contact with our users to elicit requirements and needs and then offer precise customizations. In most cases, this produces results that go far beyond the customers’ initial ideas. Our customers should be able to benefit from our experience in other industries and applications.
Due to the reusability of the concepts and the flexibility of the framework, inAIR can be used in various application scenarios and we achieve a high speed in the implementation of customizations.
WHAT ARE THE NEXT GOALS OF inAIR?
inAIR is a proven, innovative solution with endless possibilities and an excellent reference base. We have taken our time to reach this level, as customer satisfaction and solution security are always priorities for us.
Now the time has come to take the next step and focus on growth. Everything is ready, the digitalization wave and new working environments support this even more. HOW HAS THE CUSTOMER PORTFOLIO DEVELOPED?
In the beginning, we benefited greatly from our former colleagues from the consultancy, who know how we work and have great trust in us. Later, other consultancies became aware of us, “tried us out” on a project and then ordered us regularly. For some consulting companies, our solution is a fixed part of the offer document. It makes a difference whether I have a professional solution in my portfolio or go into the pitch with a “home made” Excel solution.
Continuous acquisition of new customers, which is made much easier by satisfied and well-known references, is also part of the business. The recommendation of a top consultancy to a premium customer is then like the accolade.
WHAT DOES THE SUPPORT OF THE CUSTOMERS LOOK LIKE?
Here, of course, there is the fundamental difference between supporting a consultancy and a company, although in large companies an inhouse consultancy often has the same background.
Consultants, especially business analysts and junior consultants, benefit from our experience on how to structure projects, provide them with KPIs and attributes. We are available after hours, especially on “reporting days”, and have shortened one or two of our clients’ night shifts in this way.
For companies, there is also the process component. Depending on the state of the customer, basic questions about “doing” around the Project Management Office come up. We report on “best practice” approaches and develop the “mind set” in daily workshops.
WHAT DO CUSTOMERS APPRECIATE ABOUT INVAREM?
A good question that I also ask our customers. Understanding, commitment and speed are among the most frequent answers. Customers are often surprised at how quickly we recognize their problems and propose solutions and alternative solutions. We combine knowledge from a variety of consulting firms and industries, thus offering real added value in terms of content and making work processes more efficient. What we promise is rather the minimum requirement and speed that we have internalized in 20 years of working with and for consultants – results should have been available yesterday if possible. To the question: “Are you satisfied?” the answer is: “More than that!”
WHAT WAS THE REASON FOR FOUNDING INVAREM?
After our time in consulting, we were approached by many former colleagues to make our know how available. Due to the existing need and the attraction to develop these ideas independently, the foundation of invarem resulted. We have the necessary experience to make the difference and the network is strong and resilient.
WHERE DO YOU SEE THE STRENGTHS OF YOUR COMPANY?
We are a strong agile team that acts according to the three principles of reliability, motivation and respect. Our many years of experience in the consulting environment and in project work in various industries are the background that our customers have high trust in us.
Through a strategic selection of personnel and a practiced corporate culture, we succeed in achieving a high level of identification of our employees with the company and thus we manage to produce high quality products. That means, we do not offer 0815 solutions, but tailor made individual products.
WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN THE NEXT 10 YEARS?
So far, we have succeeded in achieving healthy growth independently, without outside capital. We have a stable basis and want to establish a standard for consulting with new partnerships.
Personally, I will only be available to the company in an advisory capacity in 10 years’ time. Then I will have more time for my political work.
