We didn’t want to deprive you of this exciting presentation “Establishing a PMO/SMO at one of the five largest health insurance funds in Germany with a central solution for managing projects – how the challenge of changing strategy from classic to agile project management was solved in the ongoing establishment process”, which is fitting for today’s era of digitalization.
